We wanted to take a moment and thank you for helping us with our financial predicament. As you know, our family has been through some devastating losses recently- both emotional and financial. We were on the verge of losing our home and sinking in debt. Rather than suffer the humiliation and catastrophic credit problems inherent in a foreclosure, you helped us to do a ‘short sale’. We could not be more appreciative. Things with our family our improving and Bob got a new job. We are working to pay off some debt too. Thank you for helping us to “short sell” our house. We hated the thought of our home going to sheriff’s sale, for all the reasons we previsouly discussed. We were initially skeptical fo the short sale process, but you were so thorough about explaining the pros versus the home going to foreclosure. We are in the process of getting our credit back in order and will be contacting you in the next year or so to discuss purchasing a new home. Bless you for all of your effort and diligent work ethic. Hope all is well with you. The new home is great. I’m all moved in and unpacked & it looks terrific. I’m so thankful I had you as my realtor. I was nervous to buy a HUD home because I feared it would need so much $$$$ to repair – but that was not the case at all.
